  • Your Investment Portfolio: View your investment portfolio, account holdings and activity online.
  • Financial Transactions: Eligible accounts may purchase, exchange or sell shares online. Certain account registrations such as a Corporation, Sole Proprietorship, Trust or Fiduciary are not eligible online transactions. You may confirm eligibility with one of our Client Service Representatives at (800) 544-5445. Client Service Representatives are available to serve you Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM Eastern time.
  • Account Options: View account options such as Dividend / Capital Gain, Pre-Authorized Check Plan, and Systematic withdrawal plan online.

How do I enroll to view my accounts?

  • When accessing the Shareholder Account Manager for the first time, existing shareholders will need to Define a Personal Identification Number, (PIN). This is accomplished in four easy steps:

STEP 1

Login Id

Enter Your Nine-Digit Tax Id Or Social Security Number

STEP 2

Existing Account Number

Enter your new nine-digit account number or your former thirteen digit fund account number for verification

STEP 3

New PIN

Enter a numeric PIN, 4 - 6 digits in length. Your PIN may not be the first or last 4 - 6 digits of your tax id or social security number. It can also not be identical numbers such as 111111 or 999999.

STEP 4

Confirm PIN

Enter your selected PIN for confirmation.

How do I apply for financial transactions?

  • Eligible accounts may purchase, exchange or sell shares online. Certain account registrations such as a Corporation, Sole Proprietorship, Trust or Fiduciary are not eligible for telephone transactions.
  • Eligible accounts owners may activate online trading by contacting one of our Client Service Representatives at (800) 544-5445. Client Service Representatives are available to serve you Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM Eastern time.

How do I change my Personal Identification Number?

  • Remember, you are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your user name and password. It is always a good practice to periodically change your Personal Identification Number, (PIN).
  • Once you have successfully logged into the Shareholder Account Manager, you may change your PIN.

STEP 1

Current PIN

Enter Your Current Personal Identification Number (PIN)

STEP 2

New PIN

Enter a numeric PIN, 4 - 6 digits in length. Your PIN may not be the first or last 4 - 6 digits of your tax id or social security number. It can also not be identical numbers such as 111111 or 999999.

STEP 3

Confirm PIN

Enter your selected PIN for confirmation.

I have forgotten my Personal Identification Number. How do I reset?

  • Shareholders may reset their PIN online or through the Automated Interactive Voice Response Unit. This is accomplished in four easy steps:

STEP 2

Existing Account Number

Enter your new nine-digit account number or your former thirteen digit fund account number for verification

STEP 3

New PIN

Enter a numeric PIN, 4 - 6 digits in length. Your PIN may not be the first or last 4 - 6 digits of your tax id or social security number or identical numbers.

Confirm PIN

Is my information secure?
